My head is in the clouds.

Blogging in the cloud.  I love the cloud as long as it never goes down.  It is a unlimited storage and hopefully it never goes down.  I am sure there are massive battery backups and backup storage facilities.  It is amazing though when you think about how massive old computers were in the past.  They took up entire buildings, entire rooms, now we have thumb drives that store more information than the entire first computers.  I remember when calculators were super expensive also, now they are only $1.00.  Now there is a cloud where we do not have to waste any of our own computer storage, and things are saved forever.  The google apps allow us to do just about everything for free including making phone calls.  I love Google, and their applications are awesome.  I love it.

  1. Yes being able to use the cloud for our google doc assignments are great for storing material being used or applied to our essays. As Dr.Hamon says the cloud does not close down our die off since the satillites are used to store information! I am glad to see all of our classmates as happy as me with all the new tools we use in class!

  2. I am also a big fan of the cloud. I love that I don't have to use any of my own storage space on my computer. You can make phone calls through the Google app? I never knew that.
